1. Acceptance and changes

By using the portal you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

OwLira may update the Terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on the site and in the "Last updated" header.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the portal - text, illustrations, audio narrations, the "OwLira" brand, mascot, and layout - is protected by copyright and IP laws.

You may use the content for personal, household, or internal educational purposes, keeping the credits.

Commercial use, redistribution, inclusion in paid platforms, or training of AI models requires a written agreement.

3. Accounts and forms

Forms and sign-ups are intended for adults (parents, catechists, educators, partners).

You agree to provide truthful data and to remain respectful in communication.

OwLira may suspend access for users who break the Terms or act abusively.

4. User-generated content

Comments and submissions via forms (future blog comment stub, contact, briefings) must respect copyright, dignity, and must not include identifiable children data.

By submitting content to OwLira you grant a non-exclusive license for internal use, curation, and publication; OwLira may moderate or remove inappropriate content.

5. Purchases and plans

Physical sales are handled by partners (Amazon, bookstores) under their own policies.

Institutional plans (Coruja Sábia, school and parish licenses) follow a specific commercial agreement.

Brazilian consumer law and local digital-goods laws apply.

6. Limitation of liability

The portal is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or misuse of content.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the portal up 99% of the time, with scheduled maintenance announced.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

The forum of São Paulo, Brazil, applies, without prejudice to mandatory forums.
